● Introduction

Double row cylindrical roller bearings can withstand larger radial loads and allow higher rotational speeds. The two rows of rollers in the bearing are arranged in a cross manner, and the fluctuation frequency can be doubled compared with the single row cylindrical roller bearings during rotation, and the amplitude is reduced by 70%. The bearing is divided into a cylindrical inner hole and a conical inner hole. The conical inner hole bearing has a rear code plus K, which can adjust the clearance slightly, simplify the structure of the positioning device, and facilitate installation and disassembly. When mounting a bearing with a tapered bore, it can achieve a certain radial internal clearance or preload. Except for NNUP type bearings, the bearings allow a certain limit of axial displacement between the shaft and the bearing seat within the bearing. ◆ Brinell hardness (HB) testing
