In order to obtain uniform and fine blank microstructure with few defects, it is necessary to strictly ensure the purity of Si3N4 powder and control the content of various impurities, and monitor the particle size and shape of the powder. Otherwise, a thick microstructure containing stomata and cracks will be formed, which seriously affects its mechanical properties, especially the fatigue life will be very low.
