Common combined roller bearings oil lubrication are as follows:

5. The main difference between oil-air lubrication and oil-mist lubrication is that the lubricant supplied to the bearing is not atomized, but enters the bearing in droplets. Therefore, the lubricating oil is easier to be deposited in the bearing, and does not pollute the environment, the oil quantity is small and stable, the friction torque is small, the temperature rise is low, and it is especially suitable for high-speed bearings.
8. centrifugal method lubrication: for vertical shaft bearing, can use the pump suction effect of tapered hole to transport the lubricant from the lower part to the upper part.
9. Centralized lubrication: multiple machines running at the same time, many bearings at the same time lubrication, can be applied to centralized lubrication system. Longer lubrication pipeline can be reached through the more distant lubrication position. The advantage of centralized lubrication is that the pump and the central oil tank is easy to monitor, and can effectively reduce the temperature rise of the bearing.
