What are the Causes of Overheating of Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings?

Single row deep groove ball bearings in use, the temperature is too high, is due to its speed, load, lubricant and working environment and bearing performance is not compatible with the cause, mainly for the following reasons.
1. Bearing grease or lubricant selected by the type is not right.
2. Insufficient grease in the bearing box, or when the bearing is lubricated with oil, the oil level is too low, and the seal leaks oil.
3. The grease filling in the bearing box is too full or the oil level of the added lubricant is too high, resulting in excessive churning of the lubricant when the bearing rotates, causing the working temperature to rise and oil overflow.
4. rolling bearing internal clearance is too small, in the assembly because of the inner ring expansion, clearance reduction, resulting in heat. Should replace the bearing, choose the internal clearance slightly loose bearing.
5. The seal of the bearing and the surrounding related parts friction, causing the bearing temperature to rise.
6. The oil level table is not accurate, resulting in no lubricant in the bearing.
7. Bearing seat hole size is small, bad roundness or bearing seat warpage deformation.
8. Bearing seat material soft, low hardness, resulting in bearing work, due to the load and the seat hole in the soft metal material part of the extrusion, so that the seat hole becomes large, causing the bearing outer ring in the seat hole crawl heat.
9. Bearing seal is not good, or rotary seal and static parts or loose parts friction.
10. Shaft shoulder part and bearing seal friction.
