● Introduction

Double row spherical roller bearings consist of an inner ring with double raceways, two rows of spherical rollers, cage and a large spherical outer ring. The outer ring of the bearing has 1 shared spherical raceway, the inner ring has 2 raceways, which are inclined at an angle relative to the bearing axis, so that the bearing can be self-aligned, and is not affected by the asymmetry of the shaft and the bearing housing or the shaft deformation, coaxial degree errors are compensated. In the section perpendicular to the rolling direction of the bearing, the generatrix of the roller is a curve, which can be well matched with the inner and outer raceways, the rollers and the raceway are in line contact, so the double spherical roller bearings can withstand a large radial load and can also withstand bidirectional shafts. It has a large bearing capacity, anti-vibration and impact resistance. The rollers have a high degree of agreement with the raceway, they are all curved generatrixes, so the relative sliding is serious, the friction is larger than that of the cylindrical roller bearing, so the allowable working speed of the spherical roller bearing is lower. Double row spherical roller bearings are particularly suitable for working under heavy or vibrating loads, but cannot withstand pure axial loads. The inner hole of the bearing is divided into two types: cylindrical and conical, and the taper of the conical taper hole is 1:30 and 1:12.
