● Introduction

Cylindrical roller thrust bearings consist of a shaft washer, a seat washer, a cage roller and a roller assembly, and it is a separable bearing. Bearings can withstand heavier axial loads but not radial loads. The cylindrical thrust bearing is used for the configuration of bearing heavy axial load, it is not easily affected by the impact load, with strong rigidity and small axial installation space, the axis of the shaft and the housing are not allowed to be inclined during installation, and the shaft and the bearing are not allowed during use. The seat has any angular deviation and eccentricity. It is suitable for low speed, mainly used in heavy construction machinery such as drilling rigs. Bearings can use only cages and rollers without shaft washers and seat washers. Cylindrical roller thrust bearings can be installed in both directions of the shaft, and it is very convenient to add a spacer to the shaft, race and cage roller components of the one-way bearing.

● Production Details

◆ Centerless grinding principle

The roller is limited by two rotating cast iron grinding rollers of different sizes and an upper platen, adding an appropriate amount of abrasive, and grinding under the pressure required for grinding through the platen. Due to the different diameters of the grinding rollers rotating at the same angular velocity and the different peripheral speeds of their outer diameters, relative sliding occurs between the workpiece and the grinding roller. Due to the action of friction, the grinding roller drives the workpiece to rotate around its own axis. On the other hand, the small grinding roller has a taper of 30 and angle adjustment in vertical and horizontal positions, so that the roller moves along the axis direction, which is guided by the surface of the grinding roller. The fine abrasive particles in the abrasive cut and squeeze the surface of the workpiece under pressure, cutting a very thin layer of metal from the surface of the workpiece. At the same time, chemical etching smoothes the workpiece surface and reduces roughness.

● Clean Bearings

In order to remove the impurities adsorbed on the bearing during the manufacturing process of the bearing and improve the cleanliness, which is conducive to the implementation of the anti-rust process.

Commonly used cleaning materials for cleaning rolling bearings are: oil-based cleaning agent (kerosene, gasoline), water-based cleaning agent (alkaline aqueous solution). As a cleaning agent, kerosene should comply with GB/T253-1989 standard. Because gasoline is flammable and explosive, 120 gasoline is used as cleaning agent only in special cases. When choosing a water-based cleaning agent as a cleaning material, its technical indicators should meet the requirements of the JB/T4323.1-1999 standard.

Commonly used methods for bearing cleaning are: mechanical spray cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, manual cleaning, etc.
