Pillow block housing units UCF series consist of a UC Bearings and a square housing F. The outer spherical bearing is made of bearing steel. The bearing seat can be made of gray cast iron, ductile iron and cast steel, and it is generally formed by casting. The pillow block bearing UCF is directly mounted on the body of the mechanical device through four bolts, and it is often used for mounting on vertical surfaces such as the side of mechanical equipment. Production Details



◆ The lathe processing technology of the bearing ring

Bearing ring turning is generally the outer diameter, inner diameter, inner diameter of outer ring, outer diameter of inner ring, end face, raceway (channel), rib, slope, chamfer, stop groove and oil groove of the ferrule. According to the structure type and size of the product, the manufacturing method and shape of the wool, the type, performance and accuracy of the processing equipment, the production batch and process capacity, etc., the processing methods can be divided into two categories: centralized process turning and decentralized process turning method. The centralized process turning method is to automatically process several surfaces of one or several ferrules, or even all surfaces (including the cut surface, inner and outer grooves or raceways, and inner and outer grooves), on a lathe with a variety of tools in one clamping chamfer. The dispersive process turning method is to use one or a few kinds of tools in one clamping on a lathe. To machine one or a few surfaces of a bearing ring, the entire turning of the entire bearing ring needs to be done on several lathes.

Surface Hardness and Stress Distribution of Reinforced Steel Balls



1. Hardness distribution

The test shows that the hardness of the whole hardened layer is almost uniform, and the hardness of the transition zone changes gently. And the smaller the diameter of the steel ball, the shallower the depth of the hardened layer.

2. Stress distribution

The surface stress of the reinforced steel ball is compressive stress, the highest surface stress is the highest, and the inward stress decreases. For example, the steel ball with a diameter of 14.288mm is about 0050.1mm, and the stress drops to the lowest point. then it rises, about 0.15mm. The stress reaches the highest value. then the stress gradually decreases.
