● Cleaning

3. Fine cleaning, slowly rotate the bearing in the oil, must be carried out carefully. Usually use the cleaning agent is neutral without water diesel oil or kerosene, according to the need sometimes also use warm alkaline liquid. No matter which cleaning agent is used, it should be filtered frequently to keep clean. After cleaning, immediately apply anti-rust oil or anti-rust grease on the bearing.

● Inspection and judgment

In order to judge whether the dismantled bearing can be reused, focus on checking its dimensional accuracy, rotational accuracy, internal clearance, as well as the mating surface, raceway surface, cage and seal ring. If there is the following damage, the bearing shall not be reused, must be replaced.

1. Bearing parts of the fracture and defects.

2. The stripping of the rolling surface of the raceway surface.
