What are the Structural Characteristics of the Deep Groove Ball Bearings?

When the radial clearance of the bearing is increased, it has the function of angular contact ball bearing, can withstand large axial loads, and is suitable for high-speed rotation. The radial gap between the dust cover and the edge of the inner ring is a non-contact seal, so the friction torque is small. Compared with bearings with sealing rings, their dustproof performance is poor, but the ultimate speed is higher. When the bearing is assembled, an appropriate amount of lubricant is filled. There is no need to clean and add lubricant during installation and use, and no need to add lubricant during the allowed lubrication period. Such bearings are suitable for parts that require dust protection and provide lubricants and check lubrication inconveniently.

Deep groove ball bearings with sealed covers are divided into deep groove ball bearings one side with sealed covers (60000-RS) and deep groove ball bearings two sides with sealed covers (60000-2RS). Generally, steel skeleton nitrile rubber sealed covers are used, and the sealing lips are in radial contact with the edge of the inner ring. They are contact sealing. The sealing effect is good, but friction resistance is blocked. The force is large and the limit speed is low. If the sealing lip does not touch the edge of the inner ring, it is a non-contact seal. The main structures are 60000-RZ and 60000-2RZ. The ultimate rotation speed is the same as that of the basic deep groove ball bearing. Bearings are filled with an appropriate amount of lubricant during assembly, and there is no need to clean and add lubricant during installation and use.
