Characteristics of Press Forged Bearing Rings

Press forging is the production method of bearing ring forgings adopted by various bearing enterprises. The presses used are generally ordinary mechanical presses and inclined hole reamers. Bearing rings are forged on the press. In addition to some small forgings that are directly forged on the press, the press is generally connected with the hole reaming machine, and the assembly line is organized forged by one fire. The press provides the blank before the perforation, which reduces the requirements for forging of the press and expands the size of the forging that can be processed. Once the forging process of the press is successfully tested, it can be put into production steadily, and the process method can be flexible and changeable. It can be forged not only by large tonnage multi-station presses, but also by single-station multi-top small-tonnage presses.

4. The operation technology requirements are not high, and the working conditions are good.

5. The press is mechanically driven, and the working pressure is vertical static pressure, which is convenient for mechanization and automation of operation.
