● Introduction

Thrust needle roller bearings consist of thrust cages with needle rollers and thrust washers. The code name of the thrust cage with needle roller is AXK, and the code name of the thrust washer is AS. The material of the cage is hardened steel belt or industrial plastic, and the cage assembly can bear a large one-way axial load during use. The thrust washer is a quenched and polished stamping part. The thrust washer needs to be fully supported during use. When the surface of the adjacent parts is suitable for the raceway surface, the washer can be omitted, which can save space and simplify the design. Thrust needle roller bearings can be used with drawn cup needle roller bearings or machined cup needle roller bearings.

Needle thrust bearing are mostly used in automobiles, machine tools, agricultural machinery and other fields.
