● The main factors affecting bearing

1. Parts or finished products are wet by sweat on the hands,

2. Sulphur dioxide, dust, moisture and other corrosive gases in the air,

3. Cooling water, anti-rust water, lubrication anti-rust materials and materials for refined oil seal packaging between processes, poor rust prevention ability or deterioration,

4. The cleaning solution (such as not dehydrated after water cleaning) is corrosive, causing the anti-rust material to deteriorate and rust the product,

5. The inner and outer packaging materials are corrosive, or the packaging with low mechanical strength is damaged, causing corrosion.

Most of the antirust materials of rolling bearings are prepared with human antirust additives to the basic materials, which are divided into water-soluble antirust agents, oil solution antirust agents and gas phase antirust agents. Common anti-rust materials are: inter-process anti-rust water (sodium nitrite aqueous solution) anti-rust oil, etc., please refer to GB/T8597-2003 standard.

The packaging of rolling bearings usually refers to the packaging of finished bearing products. The packaging materials include polyethylene plastics or other plastics, oil-resistant paper or kraft paper, cartons, nylon plastic films, etc., which can be referred to GB/T8597-2003 standard.
